Vilniaus Street Community Garden
Helped 8 households build and plant 12 raised beds over a single weekend workshop. The group's first season yielded over 120kg of vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, and lettuce—far exceeding their initial expectations.

Organized a 6-month program teaching 15 local gardeners how to extend their harvest year-round. Participants learned succession planting, frost protection, and cold-season crop selection tailored to our regional climate.

Developed a complete organizational system for a 20-plot community garden, including plot assignment, shared resource scheduling, and pest management guidelines. The initiative strengthened neighborhood connections and increased participation by 40% in year two.
